You get the Plask Motion Dashboard.
Press—>New Scene

Using Plask Motion, you can create an animation in as little as 3 minutes.
Once you access Plask Motion, you will see the following screen once you have logged in:
Here, you will select “New Scene”, and then you will have two choices:

Press—>How to Create.
I am taking the ‘To Go’ option.

Import video:
Press the Import menu at the Outliner’s top or press Add under Assets and select the video file from where you want to extract motion.

You will get the following screen,
Keep the ‘MoCap Version’ as V1, Keep the ‘Multi-person’ option off, Keep the Insert ‘T-Pose version’ On, Keep the ‘Include Hand’ option as On
